However, I want to hear your opinions: Which is really better: A duplex or a bungalow?
Not really because of the Nigerian mentality of Duplex is for the rich and bungalow for middle class.

My specs:

2 big sitting rooms

guest room

waiting room
Private lounge
etc

I plan to get a plot of land in Enugu for the house soon and it should be enough to erect either.
