I will advise if a situation like this is happening some other times, the best thing to do is to get a paddle, enter the car and start paddling the car against the direction of flow of the water.

My humble advice.

May flood not turn our car to a canoe or ferry!

It's very difficult paddling anything against a current let alone a strong one. May God help us.
