The bill states that any vice president who had completed a tenure of a sitting president and contested a fresh four years mandate shall not be eligible to run for a second term in office. Goodluck jonathan has no desire of contesting for presidency come 2019. So I think that bill was coded ly pass by the fulani hausa north to stop osibanjo from contesting incase budu die or resign . Op read what you wrote and stop being blinded. Osibanjo has not contested for the post of President before, he was only a running mate. So should he take over from Buhari before the end of this tenure he still has every right to contest for the office of President on his own in 2019

...Osibanjo wont even win whether he is barred or not...Noises and rants from his kith and kins cannot translate to votes for him.
