That's very childish and insensitive of Mr Aroms. If she had not built that toilet would he have arrested or taken her to court?

No matter how 'Awkward' that project might look like, she still deserves some credits for that. I believe she didn't wake up one morning an decided to build a toilet for her people; she must have done some consultations before embarking on such a project.

Maybe that's one of the basic necessities of those living or working within that vicinity.

You would understand and appreciate her gesture if you've lived or worked within a neighbourhood where people pass excreta indiscriminately.
