Roma have launched a final offer
for Riyad Mahrez - believed to be
around £32million.
Mahrez wants out of Leicester this
summer with Arsenal also thought
to be keen.

But Roma are leading the chase
and have already had a bid
rejected for the Algerian winger,
reports the Leicester Mercury.
Monchi, Roma’s transfer boss, says
their second offer for the PFA
player of the year is a “fair one”
with the club also considering other
options.
Leicester are expected to reject the
bid as they value Mahrez closer to
£50m.
“We’re not just working on one
name,” said sporting director
Monchi, at a press conference for
the unveiling of new signing Hector
Moreno.
“It’s logical, we have different
options. In the case of Mahrez it’s
become public knowledge, with
others it hasn’t.

“We’ve made two offers, the second
is fair and then we stopped. There
are no percentages, the deal will
get over the line or it won’t.
“Mahrez is one of the options, not
the only one. It’s true that this
could be the last offer, we’re
evaluating other options.”
Roma are believed also to be
interested in Manchester City
winger Samir Nasri, who is out of

Mahrez is understood to be Roma’s
primary target, but the club are
confident they can get a deal for
Nasri done quickly.
Monchi was involved in taking him
on loan to former club Sevilla last
season and Roma having already
signed Aleksandar Kolarov from
Man City this summer.
