Very many people suffer indigestion and bloating of the stomach after eating swallow. So very few know what alternatives there are to the regular Eba, Fufu, Pounded Yam and Amala. These staples are cholesterol packed and could lead to serious problems once the body's capability to break them down becomes weak. Health conscious people are now resorting to eating cholesterol free gluten free foods. Kindly email : naijapub@gmail.com if you want to know more about this alternative foods. And the good thing is that it is affordable. If you want to be a supplier in your area kindly email us. |
