Mobile policemen guarding the house of former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan in Abuja have allegedly burgled it, carting away expensive properties worth millions of naira. Reports on online portal, Premium Times, alleged that the theft was carried out by three mobile policemen in the residence located at No. 89, Fourth Avenue in the Gwarimpa district of Abuja.

This came as FCT Police Command disclosed, yesterday that a case of theft had been reported against the policemen, saying the suspects were being investigated. In fact, the Police authorities said they would soon commence orderly room trial of the policemen. The stolen items, according to Premium Times, include “sets of furniture, dozens of plasma television sets, refrigerators, air-condition units and box-loads of clothes, such as designer suits imprinted with the former president’s name, male and female Ijaw traditional attires, lace materials and bowler hats.

“It was gathered that the three mobile police officers allegedly conducted the systematic looting over a period of three months beginning from around March 2016, until they totally stripped the house of all movable items, which they sold piecemeal to dealers at Panteka second-hand materials market at Tipper Garage, Gwarimpa. According to a security source involved in the investigation, by the time family members of the former President were alerted to the looting early this month, the house had been stripped bare. On getting wind of the arrest of the policemen, two dealers who had been main recipients of the stolen items were said to have closed down their shops at Panteka market and have since remained at large.

Whistle-blowing neighbour
The source revealed that the looting was discovered when a neighbour noticed “severe damage in the house” and called a member of President Jonathan’s family to ask whether the house was undergoing renovation. The former President was said to have personally gone to inspect the property after which he reported the vandalism to the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris. “After a team of officers dispatched to the scene confirmed the crime, Mr. Idris was said to have ordered the arrest of the three police officers who were still on guard duty at the residence. They were arrested about two weeks ago,” the source stated.

The policemen did not loot. Rather, they went in to take what actually belongs to them. Mama Piss Sheppopo has over $20 million in her Skye Bank account, Diezani does not even know how much she has stolen. What about the Lagos lord Tinubu, Fashola, Amaechi, e.t.c. But, the policemen cannot even afford three balanced meal in a day and they knew that their common wealth is being embezzled everyday. Now, tell me, if it were you, wouldn't you do the same? This is definitely not stealing and it isn't corruption either, it is just taking what belongs to you.

All these whistle blowers and whistle blowing are DSS agents who were at one time attached to people who have whistles being blown on them.

I know this because just recently a DSS agent ran away with the money of a serving high ranking govt official.

If you doubt this then remember the armed robbery carried out by a combination of DSS and EFCC officers on a Bureau de Change agent ferrying money to Saraki?

The Whistle blowers are all rogue agents in both the DSS and EFCC who have used the fake anti corruption war to setup an elaborate and systematic heist racket.

Ask yourself why the so-called recovered loot is sitting in an unknown account with nobody able to come out definitively to state how much has been recovered so far?

This does not stop at heists but there is also blackmail and harassment on genuine business people who rightly withdrew their money from banks and converted it to dollars. The DSS and EFCC rogues have snitches in forex markets, bank tellers, etc who inform them when heavy money is being handled.

Most business people either pay up as they don't want to be known that they have been storing money outside banks for fear of robbers and kidnappers.

The vacuum and complete idiocracy of the Buhari govt has turned the DSS and EFCC to rogue outfits operating as a shadow criminal organisation. And just like every repetitive foolishness this is not new either as the then defunct NSO acted arbitrarily on their own harassing and exhorting people back in 1984.

No be today. Buhari has succeeded in repeating his destruction of not only our economy, unity, image but also institutions.

At no time have Nigerians been so oppressed by a tyrannical military setup than as it was back in 1984.
