Men u are greedy lad, Ogudu GRA 1 million per anum? this is crazy, say 500k per anum, Remember Lagos is the 5th worst city.

Its not expensive.I leased out 3bedroom last wk at N1.2m to a sterling bank staff.Its choice&not chance.If u re interested fine&if not still fine

well, the seller get choice to determine price bt some prices are just unrealistic and dts why lots of houses are vacant.

where in ogudu gra is dis? make i tell u the history of the gra. its a lie that 2 b/rm flat goes for n1m or dt u let out 3 b/rm at N1.2m. a 5 rm duplex was gotten at Adio Shomoye (sure u dnt knw d place inside the GRA) for N1.3m pa. so hw come ur flat is dt expensive.

dnt over-rate things. lots of pple here though are nt agents bt are much more current dn sm of yu leg-wagon agents.

me sef go soon turn agent. my padi father sef just renovate some 3 b/rm flats for ogudu sef and i think he's thinkin of N500k pa. can yu get N1m for the flats within 2 weeks make we gv u the job? its on saludeen akano street just by the school (hope u sabi am sha) opposite adio shomoye gate for GRA.

no wonder flats keep carry vacancy tags for years no thanks to agents like yu. bt if yu can get that amount of rent for the property i listed pls drop contacts make we settle am for NL. . . and all correspondence here too. at least opportunity for yu to prove us wrong say ogudu GRA commands N1m for a 2b/r flat. (2 weeks max)
