what would you consider the best gift you ever received from your spouse [or lover]?

Let me state here that this is my first time sending a post because I just registered today, after checking the site out for over a week. I sure must comend you guys.

I am sending this topic because i have a confession to make: My boyfriend of four years made me a cassette of various artistes in 2001, we just started dating then and I discovered that I have had a sentimental attachment to this cassette. Ever since, I can't seem to let go of it.

I mean it's not the only gift I have gotten from him but there is just this thing about this particular cassette; I don't seem to get it. He is outside the country now and it seems like of all the things I have of him it's just this cassette that gives me the link to those times

the best gift i have ever received from my lover was on my birthday, it was my birthstone on a necklace it was beautiful it was icyblue i love it. but it lost now my ex friend stole it, i know she did even if she said she didn't.

I was given a big cake and a disc man for my 16th buffday alongside some other things.

Getting her core anytime i want it..that is the best gift I could imagine...I dont think any material thing will surpass that gift...

The best gift i have recieved from my guy is his uncondtional love, even though it's not physical, i give thanx to God each day fro bringing him my way

the best gift i ever got is actually from my present boyfriend.i have always wanted to go to that 7 star hotel in dubai burj al arab.and well lets just say he made it come true on my birthday last year..we went away for a week..and he topped it up by buying the much sought after cartier watch i had been eyeing for ages...hee hee..and to say i had a fantastic time will be an understatement....i had flowers delivered everyday to me etc.it was such a good gesture not because of the price that might have been attached to it..but because he was obviously listening to me..and he knew what i wanted,,,,now THATS my kind of man...

When I was younger, I was dating a guy who was a fantastic and popular artist. On my 18th birthday, he presented me with an amazingly detailed painting of myself based on a picture I had given him earlier. I was blown away by how talented he was and still have it on my bedroom wall. Hm, I wonder how vain it is that I'm so much in love with a picture of myself?? Oh well, I admire it for his talent too, I assure you.
