1-make a schedule of the intake actions(to maybe once a day)
2-on a daily a daily basis, reduce the intake by 100mg(trams), 1 stick(weed), 15ml(codiene) and within a week or 2 you will start getting used to the reduced doses. Continue reducing it at 3-5 days interval and u ar free from it

It's not something that you can stop by yourself. You need professional help urgently. See a Doctor who can help you get off these Drugs that you are hooked on. Your next move will greatly Depend on how much you Love your Life and how much you want to stay alive. Cos in a year or two, you might be DEAD! Your body is filled with Toxins... Because it is governnent run it may not b as sleek as some places but they are good and if you have some oney it helps.
