Including the 2016 Hyundai 2.0T with 4exhaust . Even the Gdi Optima. They are quick and not bad. But can't be compared to a standard v6.

Bring j32 type-s or j35 or j37 to the table or the Nissan/Infiniti VQ into the equation maybe the 2gr will survive.

2Gr is an old man that can tolerate a little abuse that's why he still stands till 2016 but he is already phased out. That engine for dn collect brother since but Toyota no one upgrade. But thank God 2018 is a good year for them.

What year is the S8? Just give me a model year.

Diesel is not common on non-commercial cars in the US, it's just how it is. It' slowly starting to make headway now but the recent VW dieselgate won't help.

Diesel is dirty, noisy and harder to get mostly.

My clock was cleaned by a Tesla SUV yesterday in my Cooper S. By the time I regained my composure and the turbo lag went away it was too late. Man that thing was fng quick.

Those Ran 1500 are very affordable with the V6. For those who don't know the Pentastar V6 engine works in the 4 cylinder eco mode till when more power is needed then it switches to V6 fully

these Americans will never learn, when you are not towing an aeroplane. The hilllux with the 2.7liter 2tr engine is easily embraced for better fuel economy

But do you even know that does big hp numbers doesn't mean the cars are really fast.
Most turbos kick in at high rpm.
How about torque Turbo lag E.t.c and other factors.

Forced induction (Supercharger or Turbocharger) are better in bigger engines v6 and above.
A 4cylinder turbo will definitely break if pushed very very hard. And most of them won't even achieve 300k miles before you start spending cash to fix them.

I still prefer a 3.5L 300hp v6 than a 2.0T i4 churning 300hp.

Honda has also ditched their 3.5L j35 v6 for a 2.0T .
The j35 v6 will definitely be missed because that engine is a symbol in the Honda Lineup
