My laptop toshiba a45 picture doesnt come up after booting.It power on &shows booting&windows xp,but when it gets to desktop it goes black pls help me.I mistakenly right clicked&press graphic change&d screen went black since then

Try this - just before it boots into windows or shows the XP screen press the F8 key on the keyboard and this should give you a couple of options i.e boot into safe mood, boot into safe mode with networking etc.
Select boot into safe mode and login to windows, when in windows you need to change the display settings, they are probably too high for your graphics card, you can try 1024x768 for starts to see if you get your display back when you boot normally.
I hope your display card is not faulty.

Thks i will do dat first when i get to d office.I left d lappy in office with anger.I will post result just hook up tomorow.thks
