Nigeria and fake or quack doctors are like 5&6 grin grin grin

On a serious note, JOHESU needs to warn its staff. Hospital attendants, nurses and pharmacists can still be arrested for being QUACK as long as you are not a licensed medical doctor. That is a fact.

Watch bad belle, pained people try to argue foolishly with me
You are an idiot for mentioning pharmacists in your senseless post. I don't know why most of you fake nigerian doctors are always quick to vent your frustration on pharmacists who are much better than you. As if anybody forced you to choose medicine. I have noticed that pharmacists really are a big nightmare to an average nigerian doctor and i can only attribute that to laziness on the part of the med doctors.
Medicine has so many specialties that are grossly in short supply in nigeria, but your lazy assez will prefer to fight pharmacists whose jobs are clearly different from yours instead of working hard to do your jobs right.

But the quack doctor was only trying to save life?

There's no basis for his arrest because he had no malicious intent administering that infected blood to the child.

Put your self in people's shoe before you talk....Imagine if it's your lil bro that experienced that, how will you react?

No as a doctor he owes a duty of care to the child not to administer unscreened blood

Besides it is even criminal running a an hospital without a license

No be this same state, one Doctor removed a patient's kidney in place of appendicitis some time ago?
Surgery of this calibre is to be carried out by a specialist;A neurologist.
The fact is Nigerians are not even concerned whether you're a consultant or not.
All they care about is you being a Doctor.
Some medical negligence cases we've heard were not carried out by 'non-medical doctors';I'm not saying there are no quacks.
some of them are Doctors but because of the money and ego, they will want to do virtually everything.
When such situations arise their association will vehemently deny them by labelling them as quacks'.
Same thing is applicable to almost every other organisation in Nigeria.
Medical practitioners need to know their boundaries but they wouldn't listen.

professionalism and speciality, is the halmark of every successful practise, bt like you pointed out, our doctors are either greedy to pass on what is nt their because of financial benefits or some are mere quacks dorning the white coast to decieve the gullible.
