Guys pls i need ur help.i use an acer aspire 5730z.and my system has been showing desktop.ini evrywhere,also it shows $Recycle bin,system volume information on my partitioned HDD.each time i delete them they reappear faded in form of a folder.nw its all over my system even where i installed my vista os.i took my system to d cafe and d internet connection was very slow.and it wasnt like dat on other people's laptop.pls guys wat do i do?

Check to make sure you did not change your folder options to show hidden and system files.
If you did, that why they are showing up.
