Fully Established Part II

Beloved, your expression of the God kind of love builds your confidence in the personal and nature of Christ. Our scriptural focus for today states - Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness. {Col 2:7 NLT}
If you do not ensure that your roots are growing deeper everyday in Christ, beloved you're setting up yourself for deception. Beloved we are already in that day the bible spoke about in Matthew 24:22 - that calamity and deception will overtake the earth but for the sake of the elect of God, no one will survive. It is your personal responsibility to ensure that your life is been built daily on Christ. In today's Christianity, people are building their spiritual lives on experiences and believes that are not consistent with the scriptures, rather than on Christ. But the Holy Spirit is saying - let your live be built on Christ, because He is the only solid foundation that can guarantee you fulfill your God given destiny on this earth, every other foundation will sink your life.
It is the dept the roots of a tree goes deep down into the ground that will guarantee the height and greatness of that tree, and the same principle is applicable in our spiritual development. The extent to which your spiritual roots go into Christ will determine your outward manifestation, so take your focus first away from outward manifestation of the grace of God and concentrate on growing deeper and deeper everyday in Christ and the knowledge, wisdom and grace you need for the outward manifestation of God's grace will be freely given to you in the course of your pursuit of Christ.
