the German.. I solved this puzzle in 2005.. it took months to get the accurate answer..

I once solved this puzzle after spending about 3hrs and forgot how I solved it soon afterwards.

I've solved it sometime in the past during my university days, probably around 2009 or 2010.

it is a very long process and a rigorous one.. can't think I have that time now.. I could remember that I drew a table then of 5columns and 5rows.. I was just filling the details according to the hint..
