Choosing a career remains one of the biggest and most challenging decisions that one makes at a very young age. Though it may seem that students are not capable to choose a career, the decision to pursue a career and their success in the chosen career depends largely on them. It is therefore expedient that they are adequately informed about all possible options and choices especially before deciding what course (discipline) to study in tertiary institutions.

Understanding the aforementioned challenges, our technical team came up with the idea of “Career Model”. Career Model was designed and developed to aid young individuals (students) to overcome one of the most prevailing challenges currently faced by students in Nigeria i.e. the challenge of choosing and developing the right career path.
