I am a postgraduate student of business administration (specialised in operations mgt). This month will be 10th month of being on writing thesis. My supervisor wants me to apply mathematical model to real life problem,and he is quite aware that we have very limited knowledge in application of maths to real life problem... I selected application of integer programming, but got stuck in chapter 3 because of lack of knowledge of software to solve d problem. This month, I dropped d topic and opted for application of simple stochastic inventory model (continous review model) but still don't know software to apply ... I have very limited time to submit the thesis..Mathematicians or production engineer, pls save a soul..
