I don't know why Nigerians bother their heads when some foreigner say something about Nigeria or any part of the country. These guys don't even give a damn what you think about theirs, whether Good or Bad.

Lagos Generated 1.3 billion dollars at the end of 2008 and gave back 800 million dollars back to government to empower other cities.
