How do you confirm if your E-mail sent was successfully delivered to the recipient,if it's inappropriate to ask from the other end,the recipient if the receive the message. What other means one can be rest assured your email sent was successfully delivered,just like how you send text message on phone and it gets to reply you back that message sent.
l know emails do reply message sent,but it doesn't stick on your portal to remind you the message was sent,so in a case where some one missed seeing it or in a case of network glitches how can one verify if truly the message was sent.
Have in mind that both in text messages on phone and emails both unsend text messages and emails are stored on the sent folder,so this can be very tricky and confusing.
please solutions are welcomed. Basically to avoid sending multiple same applications.when it's started clearly for one not to submit multiple applications.Which in some cases might not be deliberate.Thanks.

Check your outbox, if a mail isn't sent, you will find it there.

Check your drafts, if the mail was saved instead on being sent, you will find it there.


You don't get delivery report the se way networks do because they emails weren't designed to give a delivery report. So email address have auto response, when ever your mail has being successfully delivered to the address, the auto responder replies you with the saved message. This shows your mail has being delivered. Incases where auto response isn't available, you just believer it has being delivered as far as the email address is correct.
