A leading transportation company in Lagos State is currently recruiting for the post of Crew Control Officer. Listed below are the job duties of a Crew Control Officer:

• Maintain accurate inventory and documents of crew information including dates of contracts, and biometric information of all drivers.
• Keep record of drivers' work schedule.
• Verify attendance and accident record.
• Ensures regular and consistent working hours for staff
• Enforces and actively supports the policies and procedures of the company.
• Ensures biometric registration of all staff
• Conduct random check on the drivers on the field
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Education: HND/BSC in a relevant discipline.
• Experience: 0-2 years of related experience.
• High level of interpersonal skills.
IT savvy
• Excellent talent to interact with people
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
• Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word, Excel.
