Please am a bit confused here, which of the affidavit of support form are we to fill, i also have a co sponsor. Under F3 CATEGORY.

There is only one affidavit of support form and that is the I-864. form.

The person petitioning for you will print out the forms from the USCIS website and fill the forms as well as the co-sponsor too...when the forms are filled out they should be mailed as well as their 3 years proof of tax returns and all mailed back to the USCIS local office that is assigned to their petition case.

It took 3days before the payment was effected, just be patient.

I answered yes, since I know I will be doing my medicals before the interview, but I stand to be corrected.

Hello people....This long wait is killing I swear ...I have 3-4yrs wait left on f1. I think F1 and IR should fall in the same category since they are both immediate relatives and much more important in the family unlike other distant relatives...just the age differences. IR are minors, F1 are adults. This bill should be passed through and approved by the US Congress but not probably under Trump admin...hahaha. Seriously, US immigration laws can be crazy. My people on nairaland, pls wish me happy waiting and good luck at the end. And my great concern is my age, I’ll be pretty much older in another 4yrs... lolololol...

You do medicals after case is complete documentarily and you've been scheduled for interview.

Lots can change in a few years.

See Canada Work visa...about 20years ago it took 6-10years for any processing to be done. Some even forgot they applied...now with Express entry its less than 2yrs with a residency that gives a lot more on arrival than the US.
Others have moved to the UK and Europe legally in less time than on a 'waiting' queue for US immigration.
So make use of opportunities that come your way and LIVE your life.
If in 4years time us migration still meets you in a place where you are still interested then you can go ahead.

I answered this way. " I am in process of reviewing vaccination records and will obtain the required vaccinations on or before the date of the medical exam."

How did you make payment? All cases are different and check your petitioner's bank account to confirm if the money has been deducted.

Well I would love to move on and grab any opportunity that comes my way. Everyone knows how difficult it is to get a visa to a better country this days. Most especially Canada, UK and Australia. There are lots of scammers everywhere. They will even setup a legit office where you can meet them anytime and keep feeding you with stories and excuses after you’ve made a huge amount of payment and waited for decades yet no visa will be issued. It’s really tough!!! I just want to find other ways of making good money and enjoy my life till my PD is current. Nigeria is getting soaked up in a swampy messy pit everyday by day. No progress! God will see us through in this country ooo!!! �

That is not true.

Where did you see that there are multiple Affidavit of Support forms other than the I-864 form that either the main petitioner will fill or the Co- sponsors will complete too?

He doesn't need to. The answer is Yes you do have vaccine record to proof blah blah blah. You will be given a copy of your vaccination records which you will travel with and submit at the POE. Seeing as you can't do medicals without Visa appointment letter...your answer is yes to that question please

Read this part carefully. SeIect "complete an affidavit of support form" it should help you pick out which versions of the form you need to fill out.

If you read that pamphlet you were given, it says you can expect your visa to be issued within 10 working days. There is nothing to worry about. It's only been 4 working days cos of the public holiday, I'm sure it'll get issued on or by the end of this week.
