At least 2 people have died from Lassa fever in Lagos state and another 100 under monitoring at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH).

Today, Three health workers, out of the 100 that had contact with a pregnant woman who died of Lassa fever at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba, have tested positive for the infection.
