Uc Mini is the world fastest browser but not just in loading of webpages but also in downloading but how does it perform this feat, UC Mini is able to compress web pages via it's online cloud. The downloading aspect is accomplished by creating an empty file first before the actual download thus speeding up the download.
I make use of UC Mini specifically for downloads when using my phone to surf the net.

Opera mini is what I use for downloading.

Opera is faster in browsing anyday, anytime. Uc mini needs a stable 2g network. Opera can work with an "unstable" network self. For downloading, I give it to uc mini. But for desktop experience accompanied by tremendous speed, I give it to puffin.

Puffin browser is d wicked browser. Young John of all browsers.

You need to stop using Glo.

There are some movie sites that open with ease on opera but difficult with UC. One thing I also like about opera is the unlimited download feature..can queue up to 20 downloads and sleep off.

Try using mtn/airtel night plan on opera mini to download.

opera is trash mehn. i hate their reader mode, they are only good on 3G but bad on 2G despite the fact i initially installed their mini version, i only like them for their home browser news..

When I get a phone d first thing I do is download UC web for browsing and downloading

Mxplayer for watching movies
D rest can come later
