4 First of all the waiter is bringing water out, he walked past 1 and 2. The woman already has a glass of water. #4 appears to already have, 2 plates 1 glass of water and no knife on his table. The man is wearing red which could help hide blood but I think the red at the crime is not torn shirt, its blood 2 Likes |

I think it's 4. 1. his knife is missing from table 2. probably after killing her he returned to his food but started using hand to eat 3. after killing her his sleeves shud av bin stained with blood which made him to fold it up 4. He doesn't look well dressed.. half cloth tucked in and d oda half tucked out Wich culd b as a result of d tussle btw him and said woman.. she wuld av ruffled his clothes.. But d question now is wat relationship does he and d woman have dat made him kill her cos if dey had come in together he wuld b easily suspected.. so, 4. he shud v bin hired by sum1 to kill her? He wanted something from her so he followed her to d womens room? He mistakenly entered d rum and was threatened by d woman? Any of dis cud b d reason 3 Likes |

The perpetrator is likely to stay as far as possible from the crime scene. No 1 is my first suspect, in fact he has not only put a distance b/w himself and the crime scene, he has positioned himself close enough to the door for ease of escape. |

Number 3. Reasons: It's Ladies room She opened her bag to bring out a replacement Knife. That is why the bag is opened. She wears hijab meaning it's a depiction of hostile behavior. She looks scared. 5 Likes |

3 is d killer. Take a gud luk at it, d lady has a knife on her table but no food served at all nd when you look clearly at d waiters hand, u will notice he's carry d lady food. She's nervous cos she's supporting herself wit d table as u can see her hands on D table. She doesn't av a smile on her face and her bag is open. Look clearly at d oda suspects u will notice all of dem are busy wit dia food. D woman as a knife on her table bt d food d waiter is serving her is not something she can use knife wit. She might av brought d other knife frm her house. Also look clearly u will see that wat d waiter is carrying is not food but snacks and dia is no way she can take snack wit knife. No 3 is clearly the killer. She isn't sitting properly and her table is not well set and also don't forget d woman was stabbed in female rest room. There is no doubt Dat 3 is d killer 5 Likes |

Its number 4... The missing knife on his table is beside the corpse |
Re: Can You Tell Who’s Responsible For The Killing? by Nobody: 11:25pm On Aug 10, 2017 |
PMPhoenix:a table for 2 has 2 knives. 4 is on a table for one. It's a woman's rest room so, there is a chance it is the lady. But No... check 2's table. The number of plates on the table is more than what is served to one person. Obviously, the lady came with the man and 2 kinds of meal were served. It means there was a knife for the lady and that knife was used for the murder. The waiter just picked the second cup from the table belonging to the man. No one eats with a cup at that distance. The distance between 2 and the cup is obvious. 4 is on a table for one it is obvious he didn't kill her. 1 is on a table for 2 but he doesn't have 2 knives and has just one plate shown. 2 is the killer! 2 Likes |

i think it's 2, because the woman stayed with 2 at the table (glass of water), and 2 can actually enter the girls bathroom, and she won't scream , because she knows her...and the knife she used to kill her, was the woman's knife from the table 4 Likes |

Everyone thinks its No 4,just because the red shirt could have concealed the blood stain plus the fact that he's sitting close to the toilet. The murder weapon,no doubt is a knife a a closer look will reveal his knife tucked in his hand on the right plate while his sitting arrangement shows there's only one chair, meaning, he wasn't with anyone at the diner. But looking at No 1 man,he looks extremely calm and composed and research and experience has shown that extremely quite and calm people are more dangerous and volatile than the outspoken ones. |

no way to tell if 1 still has his knife with him or not.. so its just a suspect and not the criminal here 3. curios why she hasnt been served . 4 its obvious he isn't the killer cos it just his chair and one plate so he aint with no one even tho his shirt is turkd out... so obviously it's 2..he has a chair right opposite his meaning he came with someone, two plates, two cups, but just one knife which makes him only a suspect but not the master mind bcus no evidence point that he did it..so from my point of view since the victim is lyin beside the knife in the eeat room..it was a suicide.. thanks |

No 4's knife is not on the table, and that's the murder weapon. It's definitely no 4. |

I think it's 3...... 1) it's a woman's closet and she is the only one that has the right to enter........ 2) the server was actually going to serve someone and going by the picture 4 has no seat opposite him and that leaves only 3 because the person killed must have gone on to the restaurant with someone ...... 3) on each table there are 2 utensils which means 3 probably used the other weapon to kill her and...... 4) it's hard for anyone to detect easily because it's a ladies closet 5) she is the only one that has not started eating... She looks uncomfortable too 1 Like 1 Share |

From my own view number 3 committed the crime. It's the ladies rest room obviously with a female logo on the door, why should a man go in there knowing fully well it's a female rest room nd will be cautioned by another female if seen in there. This is female rest room room crying out loud when u take a good look @ the picture u will notice that the lady's bag is opened meaning she came in there with an extra knife went in there, took her time to strike on her target probably some ladies walking in there nd out until she realises she's left alone with target. She stabbed her target leaving the knife she came with nd went bk to her sit innocently without being caught in the act. Who would suspect her? None cos she still has her table knife on her table. By the way how do u expect to use a bread for eating to kill, we all knw that knife isn't sharp enough, that's 1 good reason I say that lady came with her own knife. In conclusion I think the slaughtered lady happens to be the mistress to her husband or fiance whichever. Number 3 did 2 Likes |

If number 4 is using his right hand to hold a knife (not very clear), then it might be suicide. Moreover, the killer could have calmly walked away than continue to eat his/her food. |

Its 4, reasons are; 1. He's wearing a red shirt. No way ur gonna stab someone n go back eating without blood stains. 2. His shirt is ruffled from the struggle 3. No knife! 4. He is closest to the rest room |

3; woman in hijab - She's my prime suspect because first of all, the incident happened in the women's rest room and she's the only one lawfully allowed to go in there. Secondly, it seemed she hasn't spent much time in the restaurant cos she hasn't been served yet, but her bag is unusually opened and it seems she had searched through it while coming in. Thirdly, her body language; not concentrating on her order being brought by the waiter but instead she seems deep in thoughts. My guess; she entered the restaurant tailing the victim, went straight to the restroom to carry out the crime, then returned as if nothing happened. 1 Like |
