As the civil group against Buhari march enters Day 5 in Abuja, popular entertainer, Charly Boy and his supporters on Friday clashed with supporters of President Muhammadu Buhari on the streets of Abuja over the president’s absence from the country.

The Police had to interfere to prevent what would have been a full-scale clash between the two groups.

Channels TV’s correspondent who is monitoring the protests reports that the concerned Nigerians group which is asking the President to either return to the country or resign had earlier assembled at the Unity Fountain.

While the Pro- Buhari group later arrived at the scene and appeared to approach the first group, before the police quickly took over.
