On Tuesday, Oyo State Joint Security Task Force, a.k.a Operation Burst" supposedly commanded the sucking of a lady's breast as a way of punishment for indecent dressing. The Governor of the state, Abiola Ajumobi re-launched on August 4th, a group made of Soldiers, Policemen, Air Force personbel, SSS and NSCDC, to quell indecency and crime in the state. Ever since their launching, they have dealt with people they supposed to have dressed inappropriately. According to reports from The Nation in 2011, ladies wearing short skirts or trousers, men who ears earrings, Afro styles and dreadlocks are being punished by the personnel.
