Lady Got Her Breast Sucked In Oyo As A Punishment For Indecent Dressing In Public On Tuesday, Oyo State Joint Security Task Force, a.k.a Operation Burst” supposedly commanded the sucking of a lady’s breast as a way of punishment for indecent dressing. The Governor of the state, Abiola Ajumobi re-launched on August 4th, a group made of Soldiers, Policemen, Air Force personbel, SSS and NSCDC, to quell indecency and crime in the state.
