That sore loser called Otti should go and sit down. If he were to be in that seat, God knows how much he would have borrowed by now. How much did Thief A. Orji embezzled from Abia State coffers through Diamond Bank when Otti was the CEO? Since Thief A Orji used and dumped him like tissue paper and he decamped to APGA where he was thoroughly defeated, he has been crying wolf. At this point in time, Abia State need all the monies they can muster to deliver the miserable state from shackles of ruin caused by Thief A Orji and Orji Uzo Kalu. These two monsters devastated the state. Ambode is developing Lagos with loan, same with Wike and other governors. Ukpabio, Fashola, etc all performed handsomely using loans. My concern is effective disbursement of the loan for developmental strides. I have taken time to read about the terms of the loan and was much thrilled when I learnt that Africa Development Bank will execute any contract and will pay directly to contractors without passing through the state. All that the state government will do is supervise the projects and point areas to cover. The FG too will supervise the projects. Whatever, Ikpeazu and his team should give us quality projects with this huge loan and should also know that we are watching them.

We need more of Ottis in Abia state to checkmate the excesses of the looting PDP cabal in Abia state that have held us in bondage in the last 20 years.
