Qualification:

Ond in Office Technology Management (OTM) or relevant disciplines

Skills required:
excellent spoken and written communication skills
ability to handle the telephone
ability to use office equipment like switchboards, photocopiers and scanners
conversant with information and communications technology (Ict) concepts
proficient in the use of microsoft word, microsoft excel and powerpoint
must be able to manage multiple tasks
