Fani-Kayode praised anti-Buhari protesters for chasing the president out of UK in just one night - The President left UK at 10.27am and is expected back in Nigeria by 4pm - The president's imminent arrival was announced early on Saturday, August 19 by presidential media aide Adesina

Femi Fani-Kayode, a former aviation minister and foremost critic of the President Muhammadu Buhari administration, has reacted to the return of the Nigerian leader after over 103 days on medical vacation in the UK. Fani-Kayode praised the anti-Buhari protesters who organised a vigil in London on Friday, August 18 for reportedly 'chasing' the President from his London hideout.

Exactly what I told a friend early this morning before I saw Femi's post on twitter.

The UK authorities will politely ask Buhari to leave after granting permission to two groups: anti and pro Buhari protesters in London. They watched how Charley Boy and his anti Buhari group were almost lynched in Abuja by the pro group and feared such may repeat it self in London if not checked.

How come as at yesterday the Doctors had not given Mr. President a clean bill of health to return only for him to hurriedly leave the UK this morning?

The truth is that Buhari was not ready to come back yet. Last night protest forced him out of his hiding. He must have realised that the 'ResumeorResign' campaign was going international and becoming more embarrassing to him and his government, hence his hasty decision to return home.

Charly boy and Deji Adeyanju might not have pulled the kind of crowd pulled by hypocritical Bakare and Soyinka, but they have achieved their aim. Finally, our deaf and stubborn president bowed to pressure and returned home. We hope he will resume after his broadcast and not give us one lame excuse of 'I'm taking orders from my doctors'.

However, wishing him the best.

Stupidity is to think Bubu welcomed anyone to take picture with him in London in the last 2-3 days when he knew he was coming back home this weekend. No one goes on such visits without prior notification and do you think Bubu would have approved of the visit of Saraki and Dogara in particular if he was prepared to come back soon?

And come to think of it, he spent more than 100 nights in the U.K. But he chose to return the following morning after the one night protest. The probability of Buhari returning to Nigeria due to the protest was very highly significant. Period!

if you are current, you had read on paper earlier that Buhari had set a day to return to Nigeria and promised to resign should his health prevent him from returning as scheduled.

It's an understatement to say that Buharists are embittered, they can be very toxic. Just hear yourself and the kind of words coming out of your cerebral cavity in a public forum.

I believe PMB' departure is an impromptu one. The lieing media aides would have told us at least a week before this emergency flight this morning. Gradually protest is working for us, na revolution remain now..
