Student advising office or who ever prints it. Fact they owe you your transcript regardless. Even if you can't get office transcript with seal when you check online unofficial transcript is there. I'm won't sit at home doing nothing all day.

I am talking from experience bro. Both NASU nd ASUU are on strike. No one will process your transcript until after resumption.
