Please we need a professional advice on a boy of 14 that cannot read,even if he know orally ,keep failing ,repeating class ,still in pry sch

The parent of the boy have tried different school from one day to boarding school to the other .

Even lots of special prayers .But the problem seem same .All Effort proof abortive .

All his younger ones are good.But the boy happen to be the first born of the family

This makes the parent cry and very disturbed .Because there is no more time before it will be too late .

Kindly advise .

Anyone with a good idea to solve the problem
