A focus of Dolapo-Frank Farmers Organization, a Non-Governmental Organization registered with Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission, is the empowerment of graduates of higher institutions on self-reliance. There are as at today, by Nigerian University Commission report, 40 Federal, 44 State owned and 68 private universities in Nigeria. Premium Times of April 2014, reported 5.3 million unemployed graduates from 2014 back several years.
