Are you one of them? Because you are really deviating from the subject. In this case of rat infestation, what income are we looking at. The budget we are looking at as nothing to do with expected income. Tell me if a car battery cost 25,000, will you budget 100,000. We are talking about cleaning here and possible repair of AC. All they need is to call in the concerned specialists to give them a quotation and have it fixed not not quote some crazy figures that seemingly encourages theft.

Mind you. Language is arbitrary. Budget can be based on income towards attending to more than one item. and at the same time budget can also be based on a market price of an item while considering high and low.

So tell me, what the heck of environmental services will they use 4.9 billion Naira for. Are they planning on removing the entire rats in Abuja or what.
