Eliminate your type 2 diabetes forever in 30 days or less, directly tackling the cause of the disease and not just the symptoms, using a 100% effective and scientifically tested method?
Attack diabetes at its source…without swallowing dangerous drugs. Never poke or prick yourself with glucose meters or insulin EVER again
Completely REVERSE (not just treat) type 2 diabetes in 3 dead-simple steps.

Cold-Hard Truths About Diabetes

I hope this will put some of the crazy talk out there to rest:

Doctors are NOT evil masterminds: Sure, he wears a lab coat, but he doesn’t plot night and day to make sure you have diabetes forever. Doctors aren’t wicked – many of them are just horribly misguided and WAY too medication-oriented
Pharmaceutical Companies aren’t out to murder people: Let’s get something straight: drug companies may or may not want you to get better but they don’t want to kill you. They’re a business like any other and they need sick customers to keep their profits growing. So they don’t want you dead.
You have NOT been 100% wrong about diabetes: You probably have a good handle on the basics, but you’re most likely a little confused by the misinformation floating around. I’m here to fill in the gaps –not tell you what you already know.
Diabetes isn’t your fault: It probably seems that there’s a line of people waiting to tell you exactly what you’ve done wrong. Not me! I realize that type 2 diabetes isn’t something you get from being “bad” –it’s a result of listening to the wrong people! And type 1 is clearly genetic (although you CAN still do something about it).

Now that we’ve got that out of the way we can start getting to the good stuff: why you have diabetes and how you can get rid of it!

Stress has been proven to impact blood glucose level
Stress, whether physical stress or mental stress, has been proven to instigate changes in Blood Sugar Levels, which for people with diabetes can be problematic.

While stress can affect diabetes control, both directly and indirectly, it can also be caused by various diabetic factors such as being diagnosed with diabetes, adjusting to a diabetes treatment regimen, or dealing with psychosocial pressures of the disease.

What is Stress?

Simply put, stress is a state of emotional strain or tension that occurs when we feel that we can`t cope with pressure.

When we become stressed, the body quickly responds by releasing hormones that give cells access to stored energy - fat and glucose - to help the body get away from danger. This instinctive physiological response to perceived threats is known as the "fight-freeze, or flight" response.

Over time, both physical and mental stress can wear us down mentally and lead to depression and other mental health issues.

What can Cause Stress?

We live in a very stressful society which is constantly putting us under pressure. This pressure can sometimes be too much to handle, leading us to feel "stressed out".

This everyday feeling can be caused by simple things such as:

Work pressure
Marriage and Relationships
Parenting/Children
Health problems such as diabetes
Financial insecurity
Traffic

Diabetes causing stress?

Being told you have diabetes, or any serious chronic condition for that matter, can also cause a lot of stress and pressure.

This can make it harder to control blood sugar levels which, in most cases, only adds to the frustration and stress.

How does stress affect my diabetes?

It is widely recognised that people with diabetes are who regularly stressed are more likely to have poor blood glucose control.

One of the reasons for this is that stress hormones such as cortisol increase the amount of sugar in our blood. High levels of cortisol can lead to conditions such as Cushing’s Syndrome, which is one of the lesser known causes of diabetes.

Constant stress and frustration caused by long term problems with blood glucose regulation can also wear people down and cause them to neglect their diabetes care.

For example, they may start to ignore their blood sugar levels or simply forget to check them, or they may adopt poor lifestyle habits, such as exercising less, eating more `junk` and processed foods, drinking more alcohol, and smoking. This is known as diabetes burnout.

While stress alters blood sugar levels, the extent of its impact varies from person to person. Studies into the effects of stress on glucose levels in humans have shown that mental or psychological stress causes a rise in glucose levels in people with type 2 diabetes and in most type 1 diabetics, although levels can drop in some individuals with type 1.

Physical stress, such as illness or injury, almost always causes blood sugar levels to elevate in people with either type of diabetes.
How can I Combat Stress?

There are a number of ways you can alleviate the feelings of stress. These include:

Taking regular exercise or joining a sports team
Listening to music
Practicing yoga and breathing exercises
Mindfulness meditation
The ultimate aim of these exercises/activities is relaxation, which is key to controlling stress

I will be here again tomorrow to guide you in this journey. But, till then remember our Diabetes Reversal Therapy is in stock for you to reverse Diabetes and its aftermath such as Erectile Dysfunction, HBP, Kidney Problems, etc. Ask me for how to place an order.

Blood sugar ranges remain very important for those with diabetes since keeping within these ranges can prevent many complications. Diabetes can have a major impact on a person`s life because it leads to drastic fluctuation in blood glucose levels.

When the levels get too high or too low, it can cause health problems, very quickly for those without awareness.

UNAWARENESS

Some diabetes cannot naturally tell when their sugar has changed significantly. We refers to this as hypoglycemic unawareness, since the individual cannot determine whether a problem could arise in the near future.

if you cannot tell when your blood sugar fluctuates, it becomes extremely important that you monitor your blood consistently by the day.

MONITORING

The easiest way to stay on top your blood sugar ranges is with a monitoring devices. You can carry these devices around with you to measure your blood glucose levels throughout the day.

Make sure that you complete a test after eating, after exercising and other random times throughout the day to ensure that you stay within your desired range.

DESIRED RANGES

Keeping within your ideal blood sugar ranges helps you feel better throughout the day. When you have not eaten for few hours, your blood glucose should stay between 70 and 130 mg/dL. This means that you have 70 to 130 milligrams of glucose for every deciliters of blood found in your body.

If you have a reading that comes in below 70mg/dL, you should definitely eat something soon because it means you probably do not have enough glucose to power your body.Since the body uses glucose as its primary source of energy, having low levels can lead to fatigue very quickly.

After you eat, your blood sugar levels will increase significantly to around the 180mg/dL level. If you receive a reading higher that this level, it could lead to health problems.

POTENTIAL PROBLEMS

When you cannot keep your blood sugar ranges in the recommended areas, you could see some symptoms. When it gets below 60 to 65 mg/dL, you could become weak and shaky, which represents your body telling you to get something to eat.

When you get down below 50 and into 20s and 30s, it can lead to seizures and a loss of mental function. if your levels get too high, it prevents your kidneys from absorbing the glucose that you have consumed.

When this happens, the glucose makes its way directly into your urine. If you get to dangerous levels like the high 230s and 300s, you will likely see a loss of mental capabilities.
stay aware

Never let you ranges get to these dangerous levels, since it can lead to very serious health problems. If you see your levels increasing at same time of the day regularly, the you will need our Natural Diabetes Reversal Therapy, which has proven to curb diabetes.

Remember our Diabetes Reversal Therapy is in stock for you to reverse Diabetes and its aftermath such as Erectile Dysfunction, HBP, Kidney Problems, etc. Ask me for how to place an order.

What Was Your Last Glucose Test Result?

Hello once again, I believe you are doing well today.

The cause of diabetes (either type 1 or type 2) is the ineffectiveness of insulin function in the body. Insulin is an hormone produced by an organ in the body called the Pancreas. Insulin helps in transporting glucose from our diet to the body cells where glucose is used as energy for the body.

When insulin production from the pancreas is not sufficient, then the volume of glucose transported into the body cells will be inadequate for optimal cell function.

The left over glucose that cannot be transported into the cell because of insulin deficiency are hereby left in the blood. This is what is tested for in the medical laboratories.

So going back to my earlier question in my headline today. What was your last Glucose test result? I am so sure you are aware of this, except if you have not sought for any medical care before.

The normal range is 3.9mmol/l - 6.9mmol/l. Or if you have glucometer at home, your own instrument
might be given you values in the range of the 100s. Just divide whatever you get (in mg/dl) by 18. It will give you values that falls within the unit of mmol/l, which is the Internation Standard Unit accepted globally.

Keep taking your medication as prescribed by your doctor. However, when you order for Our Diabetes Wellness Kit, you will position yourself for a better result and eventually your doctor may have to reduce your medications until it is totally withdrawn.
