If you are in Abakaliki Ebonyi state, Please have you ever seen this officer? Have you seen him at the point of duty? Do you know his name because I don't? This man is the most dedicated police officer (traffic warden) I've ever seen all my life. He can be friendly for Africa, He can keep working without getting tired, You'll never see him collect any bribe from anybody yet, He does not witch-hunt anyone. I don't even know how to describe this young man. He behaves more of a dedicated oyibo man... not some Nigerian police officer.... Please, anyone responsible for police promotion should uplift his rank, He deserves it.
