He said the time has come for all to partner the government with innovative ideas that will lift the country and State from present economic doldrums.
The governor congratulated the people of Eket Senatorial District for being first beneficiary of the regional market project, which will also be sited in Uyo and Ikot Ekpene Senatorial Districts.

It's not like this will not be abandoned. His predecessor, Governor Akpabio, with all the money in his disposal promised more than this. Today Tropicana has been abandoned, the hotel has been abandoned in ikot ikpene, e-library has not been functioning anymore and I learnt the first two floors has been rented out. Ibaka deep seaport has not been started. This is the same footsteps Gov Udom is following.


I will advise him to work on Ibaka deep seaport and complete it. So far, he no longer has the time on his side. All this big elephant project that requires government funds to functions will only fail to realize its true potential, especially when government no longer funds it.

Project that will increase the states revenue is the key. Ibaka deep seaport, science park are key projects.

This guy is Godsent to the state, I advise any one that is nurturing gubernatorial ambition to wait till 2023 before campaigning because Akwa Ibom is and will remain a one party state.
