1. If you don't move your body at all for 15minutes you'll fall asleep.

2. The first three seconds you wake up from sleep you won't remember anything, who or what or where you are!

3. You can actually die from fear! Fright stimulates the hormone adrenaline which if produced in large amounts can be toxic and lead to death.

4. Studies show that if you speak and encourage yourself in front of a mirror, you will be stronger mentally.

5. Shy people are smarter and more trustworthy.

6. Often, when a person starts crying, he will remember other sad events that will make him cry the more cry

7. The human body gets partially paralysed during sleep to prevent you from hurting yourself or others.

8. Psychologically, when you are very sad it makes you feel everyone else around you is happy. This is not necessarily true.

9. Tickling was actually a torture method.

10. When you sneeze your heart stops and you stop breathing for a second.

You must not even itch or scratch. When u stay still like that your brain would want to check if you're ready to sleep by making parts of your body itch or be uncomfortable. So don't move a muscle. And don't cheat smiley

Nice one but that number one tho.15mins is too much for me, i can sleep within 1min of not moving aswear cheesy cheesy

that means u no dey attend burial cos u can't even observe a minute silence.... That's how you will fall asleep while standing and then fall down, throwing everyone into confusion including the corpse
