Nice way to generate IGR in Edo State, especially in Benin City. Also I hope it will bring more Sanity to the City. I couldn't believe my Eyes in my last Visit at the City when I got to the Ring Road. If Ring Road can be sanitized, and I'm kinda believing the Rest Parts of the City also could be. It's only Benin, no one is ready obey the Traffic Lights. I do wonder sometimes if truly it's the Humans behind the Wheels, especially those Buses and Cabs. |
