Igbo Quit Notice: Why We Have Not Arrested Arewa Youths — FG by Nobody: 5:52pm On Aug 29, 2017 |
The Federal Government on Tuesday explained why it has not arrested the Coalition of Northern youths for asking Igbos to vacate the North on October 1. The Attorney General of the Federation, AGF, and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN, said they did not go after sponsors of the quit notice due to the “security implications.” Malami gave the explanation while addressing a press conference in Abuja. Recall that the Northern youths had recently ordered Igbos resident in the North to vacate the region on October 1. However, the group had on Thursday last week announced the withdrawal of the quit notice it issued earlier. Spokesman for the coalition, AbdulAziz Suleiman, said the withdrawal was as a result of series of consultations and pressure from different groups. http://dailypost.ng/2017/08/29/igbo-quit-notice-not-arrested-arewa-youths-fg/amp/ lalasticlala,Mynd44 |

Buhari will never change. He wants to bring caste system into Nigeria, where the blood/life of the northerner is superior to that of others. This is what we say NO to. This country and its future must be discussed and renegotiated. Buhari cannot tell us that the unity of this country is non-negotiable while he continues to run other parts of the country as a conquered territory. |

Interesting !!! Security implications should also prevent the federal government from mentioning the name Nnamdi Kanu talkless of arresting him. The federal government has no moral, just or rational ground to call for Nnamdi Kanu arrest simply because he is peacefully agitating for the betterment of his people while organizing banquet, press conference, meetings and other money wasting events with Arewa youth who committed a greater offence by planning and attempting genocide and circulating hate songs. Nigeria's federal government under Buhari is currently one of the most tribalistic, nepolistic, biased, islamic fanatical, debased, dictatorial, cluessless and id1otic government in Africa. |
