Hi Y'all

I have also been shortlisted to write the 2010/2011 PTDF Aptitude Test. My venue is eTC Test Centre, Beside Multi-Purpose Hall Complex Area, University Of Maiduguri, Borno State. As you all know, the Aptitude Test is going to be in an electronic format (using computers) and therefore the exam has been broken down into 2 Major areas. Section A is General Questions which invovles Quantitative Analysis, Verbal Reasoning, Oil & Gas Sector Knowledge, Current Affairs etc. Section B will be on your chosen area of specialisation and therefore you must be proficient in that area e.g Information Technology/Computing.

Here are a few tips:

1. Get a solid GMAT/GRE textbook 2009 Edition
2. Get as many past questions as you can and review them (i have some)
3. Be comfortable using a computer
4. Review Questions on Quantitative Analysis Thoroughly
5. Last and not the least, "DONT CHEAT"

Make sure all your credentials are intact and genuine (originals). Read hard and pray and God shall answer your prayers. We shall all make it by the grace of God. If you have any questions or feedback on the exams please holla back.

@logistics. the demo questions were constantly changing. initially it was just GRE/GMAT later it had some current affairs

Anyone with an idea on what to expect from applied instrumentation and control any past questions? please help a brother

Am in Maiduguri. This place na real desert including camels. Yes ! Real live camels as in ali baba and the forty thieves.

Getting ready for the test tomorrow. Have gone and seen the venue inside university of maiduguri. Have laid my books to rest. Its all in God's hands. Good luck and all the best. We go yarn after the test. My section is Computing/Information Engineering.

Now dats a wrap! It has come n gone, all Glory be to God. What was ur experience like? Lets hear u. As for me, 'i don carry broom, sweep my upper room, ', met some good old skul mates( i actualy schooled there-unec), i did not see anytin petroleum accounting o, too many economic models, no gmat, no oil questions, na wa o, any hope? His friend did not come for the exams, so he entered the hall first, logged in with his friend's pin code,
took his time and copied all the questions, part A and part B( they applied for the same course, computing Engineering),

submitted for the guy and then went out.

He came back after 1 hour and logged in with his own pin.

u guys can guess the rest!

men forget o the exam was a mess o. wetin concern me wey read computer science with ultraviolet light from the sun. they gave computing people remote sensing questions. a former classmate of mine had written earlier and told me of the imepnding doom but i thot it was a joke until i saw the questions. i could only answer 5 out of 35 and i left the remaning blank. (shey dem say -ve marking dey). The section A was crap. those are not questions u use in measuring intellect of candidates for graduate study.

The list for shortlisted candidate for LOC on PTDF is out, I saw my name on my department notice board,UNN.GOODLUCK!

Please I was shortlisted for the last Aptitude test for KPMG which took place on d 15th of September 2017,but I missed it. I need Gmat questions to get ready for my test that has been rescheduled. Thank you
