Responsibilities:

*To welcome and guide the coming students and clients about the courses and services being offered by the institute, in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.

*To maintain student record and disseminate information to them promptly.

* To collect fees from the students, promptly follow up debtors and take actions towards discontinuing the services they receive when balances are overdue, and manage all such records.

* Filling, bookkeeping and scheduling of all companies business and administrative activities.

* Maintaining a pleasant appearance of the reception area or lobby.

*Assist in development of ideas and tools to increase company efficiency, help in creating publicity and manage.

Requirements:

* A Female
* She must be very smart, fluent in writing and speaking English Language and must be able to use the computer well.
* Applicants should stay close to Festac Town and should be enthusiastic about music.
