When you think about it the male genitalss is probably never aesthetically pleasing to female eyes, with wrinkled ball sac skin that crawls. Yet your gf never tell you its ugly because nothing about sex is about aesthetics.

This is uncalled for. I just wonder how many of your friends you must have told about this before bringing it here of all places. well I would advice you do 1 of this 3 things. 1, Put up with it (that's if you even love her in the first place) 2, Tell her about it and 3, Shut up about it.

On a serious note @op, you should engage her in a discussion if you cared about her (even if your main reason for dating her is to use her to pass time, God have mercy on you); let her seek medical checkup/attention and advice on it, you'll be doing her a lot of favour if something is eventually discovered to be wrong and is quickly treated.

Sorry, did you read the Op's description of what he saw? I've never heard anything like that before.
He equally said she's not her 1st gf ( not even the fiftieth, lol) , I just think something is wrong somewhere and it needs medical attention fast. Fine, if nothing is wrong but just natural, examination will still reveal this.
I strongly believe discussing it with her is the best option, the lady might not even be aware of it. It will be foolish of her to start fighting the guy for such bitter truth.
