Overall Purpose of Job:
To provide strategic direction and management of overall business performance. Plan and direct all aspects of the subsidiary’s operational policies, objectives and initiatives.
Responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term and operational goals through proactive implementation of the strategic goals and objectives of the company

Responsibilities:
• Provide the necessary vision and leadership required to get the company to grow.
• Ensure that all corporate objectives are met within the defined period
• Ensure the integrity of financial statements and reports
• Create a corporate culture through shared vision with management team and team building with staff.
• To build and lead an effective and cohesive executive management team with  effective succession planning
• To appoint, build and maintain an effective management team and to ensure that remuneration packages are appropriate
• To be responsible, for all dealings with company staff and their appointments

• Network with key industry players to create a positive identification with the company’s Brand.
• Ensure that the organization maintains a high level of public presence
• Ensure that the organization has a good relationship with the primary and secondary industry regulators
• Manage the company’s receivables optimally
• To ensure that operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by management and employees
• Attend all meetings in the group office as appropriate
• Monitor banking activities of the company
• Oversee the management and coordination of all financial reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports.
• Maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the subsidiary.
• Serve as the Chief Marketing Officer
• Create business plans based on capabilities, requirements and gaps and ensure communication and tracking of the business plans
• Safeguard and grow the assets of the organisation while providing incremental returns on Investments made in the company


Person Specification:
• A good first degree
• Minimum of 5-6years of post qualification experience, 4 of which must have been spent at Senior Management level in a water dispensary company.
• An MBA or membership of a professional body  e.g. ATS, ACA OR ACCA may be an added advantage
