Recent advert by Fed govt in which Ojukwu stated that d 2nd war in Nigeria is unnecessary is an attempt by d fed govt to make IPOB demand look as if it's a war demand. For their iPhone, Kanu has continually demand for peaceful referendum. I can't remember d time he spoke of achieving his demand through war. Let FG change tactics and dialog. Plebiscite or Referendum is what Biafrian want NOT war. Therefore Ojukwu advert is diversionary and incisive
