And from your side the proposed farm is 80plots of land which approximately 6Hectares of plantain farm .We are know that with six hectares we will be having 15 acres makes 6hectares.

when the figures you quoted are added up, it is less than 1.6m. You said no hidden charge. By the way, is that the expenses for the first year? Can you talk about the expenses of the subsequent years? Is the land available only for lease without option of purchase?

Sorry we did not made the exact total available... But with what we posted ...we can make use of it when client are ready....

Secondly: the land is only available for lease not purchase .

Thirdly: At the subsequently: You can continue with the other item which consulting fee and other item we will need to apply but it can't be the same amount ...it reducing and negotiating ...that is if you are willing to continue.. But most time our advice in subsequent is ...since ur plantain has already pass thier trial period which is the first year...the Second year is very easy at maintaining it yourself .......with our experience we can give u little price for us to provide to you some eBook or u adopt the first option ...
