Likewise Yorubas or Housas cannot maintain ownership of any houses they have in Aba or Onitsha (if there are any such properties). Remember, the abandoned properties after the civil war was returned to the owners in Lagos because the igbos remained part of Nigeria. If Biafra succeeded in seceding, that would not have happened. Remember, abandoned properties in Port Harcourt was never returned to the Igbo original owners till date because of the hatred of the Ikwerres for the Igbos after the war.
