'Game Of Thrones' has broken all previously set records by any online TV show including the volume of piracy.

Even though only 200 million people watched it legally, it was pirated an incredible 7 billion times.

According to online content protection company Muso, illicit streams, torrents and direct downloads of the show was pegged at an average of one billion times each.

'Game of Thrones' has drawn the attention of hackers who often leak episodes before they’re aired.
