Estate agents have given you details of what they have.

My advice is that, you should take the time to investigate if an estate agent is reputable or not. Why? Because it is your money and no one else.

Visit their office.
Are they registered with the CAC?
What qualifications do they have?
Are they professionals?
Do they have integrity? I.e do what they say they will do.

After spending 5mins with an Estate Agent, you should know whether you can do biz with them or not.

yhrough an agent on here called way and life properties and a friend of mine who was on ground i was able to secure and accomodation. so what a saying is you can try him. becos majority of these agents dont have the properties they are advertising. so when they see a prospective tennant they start calling on their fellow guys to help out. but nevertheless you can give him a try .
